Swift Group. LLC is a holding company formed to own five individual entities that, when taken together, constitute a diverse, international shipbuilding company. On this website the five companies that constitute Swift Group, LLC are referred to collectively by the original trade name, "Swiftships". Swiftships Shipbuilders, LLC is the operating company. Swiftships has been a leading patrol boat builder in the United States ever since its predecessor company, Sewart Seacraft, delivered over 200 "Swift" patrol boats in support of the Vietnam conflict. Since Swiftships was originally established in 1969, it has designed and built over 580 vessels ranging in size from 35' to 225' in length. Swiftships all aluminum crew/supply boats are recognized as the standard against which all other crew/supply boats are measured.

Swiftships is on the leading edge of medium-sized vessel design and construction methods and technology including design development and computer aided fabrication methods.

Product Diversification/Flexibility
Swiftships has applied proprietary advanced designs to vessels that have multiple (military and commercial) applications. For example, the same advanced hull design and water jet propulsion technology which makes Swiftships latest 57 meter offshore crew/supply vessel the most efficient and reliable in the industry will also result in the most efficient and reliable 57 meter patrol boats. This is the same as 30 years ago when the 50 foot and 65 foot crew/supply boats of the time became the rugged and reliable "Swift" patrol boats.
